Is Digs a chain?

Nope, we're an independently owned brick-and-mortar store in the heart of the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.

That means that every item you purchase goes to support an independent business rather than a big box or chain store. That's something to be proud of!

What is Digs' return policy?

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship non-furniture items almost anywhere. Furniture can only be shipped to locations in the continental United States and Canada at this time (Canadian furniture orders require making shipment arrangements over the phone or email). If you are having trouble during the checkout process on our site, don't hesitate to give us a call -- we'll get you sorted!

What are your business hours?

We're open from 10am to 6pm (PST) Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm on Sundays, and 24 hours a day online.
